Are you on a sandy beach on Seven Mile? No, Seven Mile Beach Homes rent for $25,000 a week, if you can find them. There are five miles of unobstructed, sandy beach to the right, or east,of our home.

Is it safe? Yes. Yet, even at the Ritz Carlton or Westin, one has to be mindful. Cayman is the safest of the Caribbean islands. My wife, Mickey, has stayed there alone many times. The sophisticated security system adds one more layer of peace of mind.

Do you have repeat guests? Yes. Alida A.,for example, a former president of a New York University, has rented it for five years in a row, two weeks at a time.

Is there a supermarket nearby? Yes. Fosters Supermarket, which also has a Costco like component, is only a five minute drive. It is recently built, in 2008. Fosters is clean and clearly consistent with American standards for grocery stores.

Do you have wireless Internet? Yes, high speed DSL.

Do you rent the cottage separately? Never!
